It's the last Sunday, my daughter starts school on Thursday, we have the uniform - although why she has to wear big red woolly socks and a pinafore when we are finally having Summer defeats me, but that's global warming for you i suppose. We have the new Start-rites and the matching plimsols and the shoe polish - don't think i've polished shoes since i left school, see the scars...
Anyway it'll be a whole new opportunity, for her of course, but i can't wait to meet some new Mums too.
Work have agreed to my doing some of my hours from home 'Flexible Working' however it seems to negate my right to building up my hours to gain 'Flexi Leave', ummm words are going to be had.
I was of course hoping to be pregnant so that other words would have been had but there you go. The quest for Number 3 continues.
Oh and for Number 1's starting school we've had her portrait painted by Gemma Harwood, now let's see if i can add a link.
